It's not just about practicing different exercises on the mat, but about living your life consciously and mindfully,
taking responsibility for your decisions and actions and incorporating your practice into your everyday life.

This can be in private lessons in my home, in your home, outside in nature or online via Zoom.
In case you prefer to practice in a group, either online or offline, this is also possible.
My Yoga classes are a combination of strengthening and dynamic
Hatha/Vinyasa flows or restorative and grounding Yin classes.
In Hatha Yoga we focus on strength and hold the asanas (positions) for a few breaths.
In Vinyasa Yoga we practice together a creative sequence in a flow. These two active yoga styles
challenge your body and mind. It’s like a moving meditation
where we constantly focus on our breathing.
Yin Yoga is very passive and more about relaxing into the poses and letting go of tension in your
body and mind. We hold the asanas for around 3 – 5 minutes and work deep into the fascia,
connective tissues and ligaments. Yin Yoga helps to regulate the energies in our body, reduces stress,
supports the water exchange, mobilises the joints and is anti-inflammatory.
The first «getting to know each other» over the phone is always free of charge.
At the moment I’m only teaching online yoga classes (German & English) via Zoom.
